Payment will only be debited from your account when the item is dispatched, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and includes VAT.

Holmtaiki.com uses a secure payment server (QuickPay) that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your data is secure and that outsiders cannot read your information. The payment takes place over a 3D Secure connection, which makes online shopping more secure for both business and cardholder. Taisho ApS's own website also uses encryption with SSL protocol (Shopify.com).

Reservations are made for price errors and sold-out/discontinued items. Furthermore, we reserve the right to change the prices without prior consent.

DELIVERY:

Delivery in Denmark

Our posters and ceramics are from two different warehouses, which is why the goods will be delivered in separate packages if the order contains both product groups. However, you will never have to pay double shipping and if your total order value exceeds DKK 499, you will receive free shipping to parcel shops and business addresses.

Posters and linoleum prints are produced to order. To ensure the best quality, the products must be left to dry for 24 hours before dispatch. Expected delivery time is 1-4 working days. Expected delivery time for ceramics is also 1-4 working days.

We ship to parcel shops, business addresses and private addresses throughout Denmark with GLS. Shipping prices:

- Parcel shops: DKK 39 (Free for orders over DKK 499)
- Business addresses: DKK 39 (Free for orders over DKK 499)
- Private addresses: DKK 50,- (Delivered to the parcel shop if no one is at home at the address)

You will always receive a track and trace number so that you can follow your package from our warehouse to the parcel shop.

If there is no room in the parcel box or at the delivery point, the package will be moved to the nearest delivery point, of which you will be notified. If problems arise, contact the shipping company in question or contact us at info@taisho.dk.

Right of withdrawal
There is a 14-day full right of return on goods purchased at www.holmtaiki.com, unless otherwise agreed or stated in the order. When purchasing goods that have been specially made for you - e.g. special colors or special measurements - the right of cancellation is void.

Cancellation must be reported to us no later than 14 days after delivery, and from the cancellation the item must be in our hands no later than 14 days after. The period is calculated from the day you receive the entire order. You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item by not collecting/accepting it.

At Taishō ApS we offer free exchanges. Via our return portal, you can choose to receive a credit for the entire value of the product.
If the money is returned, DKK 40 will be deducted from the return amount, which covers the return shipping.

How to return:

  1. Go to our returns portal via this link .
  2. Follow the instructions and fill in your information
  3. Print cancellation form and return label.
  4. Pack the goods securely
  5. Posters: Securely pack the poster in original packaging (tissue paper, poster tube and cardboard cover)
  6. Ceramics: Securely pack the ceramics in original packaging (box filling, newspaper, protective paper, corrugated cardboard
  7. Put a return label on the box and hand it in at your nearest GLS parcel shop. See drop-off locations here
  8. When we have received your package, we return the order value in relation to the choices you have made in the return portal.
  9. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail shortly after.

      You can also choose to pay for the return postage yourself.
      In that case, returned goods are sent as trackable package to:

      Condition of the item upon return
      You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the goods. In other words – you can inspect the item in the same way as if you shopped in a physical store.

      Posters must be returned in original packaging: rolled in tissue paper and sent in a cardboard tube with a cardboard cover. Discard the cardboard cover a handling fee from GLS of DKK 40 is triggered, which is deducted from the total return amount. If the cardboard notice has been removed from the poster tube, the tube can alternatively be packed into a square box.

      Ceramics must be securely packed in original packaging: box filling, protective paper, etc. When the ceramics reach us and are broken - and if we judge that they have not been packed properly - we cannot refund the money. If the ceramic is broken when you received the item, please document this with a photo and treat it as a claim. Please also inform us that the ceramics are broken before sending back any broken ceramics.

      If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value. It is up to Taisho ApS to assess the condition of the goods.

      Refund of the purchase amount
       
      If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we deduct the amount you are liable for.
       
      We will refund the order amount minus any delivery costs - i.e. only the value of the product itself - no later than 14 days from the day on which we have received your return.
       
      We return the money with the same means of payment that you used for the purchase. If this is not possible, a credit certificate can be issued. Refunds are not made to other cards.

      We can withhold payment until we have received the item.

      Right of complaint
      There is a 2-year right to complain in accordance with the Purchase Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing.

      The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect operation of the product / service.

      You must advertise in a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect/error. Here the max. 1 month as a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed.

      In the event of complaints, Taisho ApS will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.
