Kozaburo - original works
Japanese artist Kozaburo Yoshikawa died in 1998 in Nara, Japan.
Kozaburo was hugely inspired by European artists such as Gauguin, Warhol, Picasso and Basquiat, and the latter two in particular are clearly visible in his style.
Precisely because Kozaburo found so much inspiration in the European, it was his mother's great wish that his works could be allowed to live in Europe after his death. Therefore, all the works were sent from Nara to Thy, where they have been stored ever since.
There are many more works - including large paintings.
