Our new series of kitchen knives in hammered, damascus hard steel with 'mirror finish'. The blade consists of a total of 67 layers with a core of AUS10 steel, which has a hardness of 59-60 HRC. The shaft is made of light magnolia wood and buffalo horn. As a traditional Japanese kitchen knife, it feels very light and the center of gravity is far back in the hand.
