Right of Withdrawal
You have a 30-day full right of return on items purchased at seramikku.dk, unless otherwise agreed or stated in the order. For goods that are specially made for you – e.g. custom colors or special dimensions – the right of withdrawal does not apply.
The withdrawal must be notified to us no later than 30 days after delivery, and the item must be returned to us no later than 14 days after the withdrawal has been registered. The period is counted from the day you receive the entire order. You cannot exercise the right of withdrawal by refusing to accept the order or by failing to collect it.
We offer free return shipping on exchanges. Through our return portal you can choose to receive a store credit for the full value of the product. You can then place a new order using your store credit.
If you wish to receive a refund instead, a fee of DKK 45 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover shipping costs.
If you have ordered goods requiring special freight, the return freight will cost the same as the original shipping amount. For example, if you purchased a 70x100 glass frame with a shipping fee of DKK 270, the return will likewise cost DKK 270.
How to return an item:
- Go to our return portal via this link
- Follow the instructions and fill in your details.
- Print the withdrawal form and return label.
- Pack the items securely (see “Condition of the item upon return” below).
- Use the original packaging with protective fillers (box fillers, wrapping paper, corrugated cardboard, etc.).
- Attach the return label to the package and hand it in at your nearest GLS parcel shop. See drop-off locations here.
- Once we have received your package, we will process the refund according to the option you selected in the return portal.
- You will receive a confirmation email shortly thereafter.

Condition of the item upon return
You are only liable for any depreciation in the value of the item resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product. In other words – you may inspect the item as you would in a physical store, but you may not use it.
Goods must be packed securely in the original packaging, including fillers, protective paper, manuals, etc. If the product arrives damaged due to inadequate packaging, we may not be able to issue a refund.
If the item has been used beyond what is described above, we consider it second-hand. This means that, in the event of withdrawal, you will only receive a partial refund or none at all, depending on the item’s market value. The assessment of the item’s condition is at the discretion of Taisho ApS.
If your product was damaged upon receipt, please provide photo documentation and contact us immediately.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you withdraw from your purchase, you will receive your money back. If the item is depreciated, we will deduct the amount for which you are liable.
We will refund your payment no later than 14 days from the day we receive your return.
The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase. If this is not possible, a store credit may be issued. Refunds cannot be made to another card.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item.
Warranty
A 2-year warranty is provided under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our warranty covers defects in material and/or workmanship.
The warranty does not cover faults or damages caused by incorrect handling of the product/service.
You must notify us of a defect within a “reasonable time” after discovering it. A maximum of 1 week is considered reasonable unless otherwise agreed.
In the case of warranty claims, Taisho ApS will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
