Hitoiki (一息) literally means “a breath”, but it also contains the meaning “to take a break/a relaxer/a break”.

In Japan, there is a very special calm about having a cup of tea. Especially for the more formal and traditional tea ceremonies - but also just in everyday life, where Japanese people like to drink green tea both hot and cold.

The title refers to the atmosphere that can arise over a cup of tea - whether it is enjoyed in a relaxing moment alone or among grandparents over a nice meal.
