800 ml of filtered, boiling water from the Grohe Red Duo (can easily be replaced by boiling water from a regular electric kettle)
2 packs of instant noodles
1 good handful of bean sprouts
1 good handful of mushrooms
1 finely chopped carrot
1/2 finely chopped chili
Chopped coriander
Sesame seeds
2 lime boats
Course of action
Spread miso, mirin, sesame oil, garlic, ginger in two tall bowls.
Pour a little water into the bowls to dissolve the miso - it must not be completely boiling, as miso loses some good enzymes at 100 degrees. Therefore, put a little cold water in before you put boiling water in. Do not beat the miso, but let it dissolve itself slowly.
Now put noodles, carrots, bean sprouts, mushrooms in the bowl and fill up with boiling water. Put the lid on.
After 3 minutes (or when the noodles are done), top with coriander, chilli, sesame seeds and lime juice.
