  6. Soya (to taste)
  7. 800 ml of filtered, boiling water from the Grohe Red Duo (can easily be replaced by boiling water from a regular electric kettle)
  8. 2 packs of instant noodles
  9. 1 good handful of bean sprouts
  10. 1 good handful of mushrooms
  11. 1 finely chopped carrot
  12. 1/2 finely chopped chili
  13. Chopped coriander
  14. Sesame seeds
  15. 2 lime boats

      Course of action

      • Spread miso, mirin, sesame oil, garlic, ginger in two tall bowls.
      • Pour a little water into the bowls to dissolve the miso - it must not be completely boiling, as miso loses some good enzymes at 100 degrees. Therefore, put a little cold water in before you put boiling water in. Do not beat the miso, but let it dissolve itself slowly.
      • Now put noodles, carrots, bean sprouts, mushrooms in the bowl and fill up with boiling water. Put the lid on.
      • After 3 minutes (or when the noodles are done), top with coriander, chilli, sesame seeds and lime juice.
      • Taste if necessary. with soy and miso.
