Before the coffee gets cold
Before the Coffee Gets Cold is a quiet and atmospheric novel about longing, regret, and the conversations we carry with us through life.
In a small café in Tokyo, we are given the opportunity to travel back in time – but only for a moment, and only under special rules. Here we meet people who each want to say something they didn't get to say, or meet someone one last time.
The book revolves around relationships, loss, and the small choices that shape us, told with warmth, calm, and thoughtfulness. A fine tale for slow reading and quiet reflection.
The book is written by Japanese author Toshikazu Kawaguchi.

About Seramikku
A PIECE OF JAPAN BROUGHT TO DENMARK
At Seramikku, you will find handpicked Japanese functional art in unique and limited quantities.
The brand was born out of our interest in bringing Japanese and Scandinavian styles together and bringing a piece of Japan into Danish homes. We want to make the Japandi style accessible and inspiring for you by offering unique Japanese items that fit into the Scandinavian interior and food culture.
We noticed that others also found the combination of Danish and Japanese completely unique, and that is where the idea to start Seramikku came from.
Create a personal home
Hand-picked quality in limited quantities
It all started with the sale of Japanese ceramics, but since then the webshop has been expanded to include, among other things, pinboards, artworks, and Japanese kitchen knives.
We love the idea of you getting something that everyone else doesn't also have. That is why we order a very limited number of each item home, so we ensure that what you get is unique and something that only very few have at home.
In the selection of our products, we take great pride in finding high-quality products. Therefore, we import a large part of our assortment directly from Japanese suppliers, so you are assured both the best price and the best product.
