Good service and good product
We ordered a large frame to be delivered by freight. When it arrived, one side was unfortunately torn.
I wrote to Taisho straight away and within 24 hours I had a reply saying they would send a new one straight away.
Fortunately it arrived in perfect condition and we are very happy with the quality of the frame.
