Gyuto knife with 24 cm damascus blade and mahogany handle.
Gyūto (牛刀) means "meat sword" in Japanese and is equivalent to a traditional chef's knife. It is a versatile knife that can be used for both meat, fish and vegetables.

The long blade does the work for one, and the ergonomic handle fits comfortably in the hand. In other words, this knife is the chef's go-to knife.

The knives are made of 17 layers of hammered, damascus VG10 steel and have a hardness of 60-62 HRC (Rockwell hardness scale).
