HEALTHY SOURCE OF ENERGY
MATCH
Matcha is a green tea made from finely ground tea leaves that are grown in the shade before harvest. This process increases the content of amino acids and chlorophyll, which results in a higher content of antioxidants and vitamins.
Matcha provides stable and long-lasting energy thanks to caffeine and L-theanine, which ensure a slow release of caffeine without jitters or energy crashes that coffee can cause. Matcha is also gentler on the stomach. L-theanine also promotes concentration and calm by increasing neurotransmitters that support cognitive functions.
Matcha is rich in antioxidants, which protect the body's cells and can reduce the risk of diseases, including cardiovascular diseases, by improving cholesterol levels and reducing inflammation.cholesterol levels and less inflammation, which can strengthen the heart.

WHICH MATCHA SHOULD you CHOOSE?
DAILY
Made from leaves from the 2nd and 3rd harvests and has a strong, full-bodied flavor with a slight bitterness. Perfect for everyday use, especially in smoothies, lattes, baked goods, and ice cream.
TRADITIONAL
A high-quality matcha from the 1st and 2nd harvests. It has a well-balanced bitter-sweet flavor, a full, creamy texture, and a deep green color. A versatile matcha that is ideal for drinking on its own as a classic tea, but also excellent in lattes, lemonades, and smoothies.
PREMIUM
The highest quality and made from the finest, youngest leaves from the 1st harvest. It has a rich, sweet flavor, a silky-smooth, creamy texture, and a beautiful, vibrant green color. This grade is often used in traditional Japanese tea ceremonies.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
We have three different types of matcha – all organic and high quality, but with slightly different flavor profiles and uses. Here you can see which one suits you best:

The highest quality and made from the finest, youngest leaves from the 1st harvest. It has a rich, sweet flavor, a silky, creamy texture, and a beautiful, bright green color. This grade is often used in traditional Japanese tea ceremonies.
Matcha is not just a beautiful, green drink – it is full of good things for both body and mind. Because the tea is grown in the shade before harvest and ground into a fine powder, it gets an extra high content of antioxidants, vitamins, and amino acids.
It provides a smooth, long-lasting energy thanks to the interplay between caffeine and L-theanine – without the energy crashes you can experience with coffee. L-theanine also helps to find calm and stay focused, while the antioxidants take care of the body's cells and can help strengthen the heart.
In short: a small cup of matcha can do much more than you might think.
Yes, all our matcha powder is organic.
Organic matcha not only provides a clean and natural taste, but also a vibrant green color and a high nutrient content. In other words, it is a cup of tea you can drink with a clear conscience.
You certainly can – but premium is best when enjoyed plain, as in the traditional Japanese tea ceremony. If you are making lattes, iced matcha, or smoothies, daily or traditional is just as good a choice.
