Nobushi is a blended whiskey with an incredibly fine balance, soft flavor notes and even a feast for the eyes with the beautiful golden amber colour. It is blended from whiskeys from Miyagi and Nagano prefectures in Japan. The raw spirit from here is mixed and typically stored for 3-4 years in used bourbon casks. This gives a lovely vanilla note which is classic for whiskey aged in ex-bourbon casks. The taste is fruity and fine, and can be enjoyed by both beginners and experienced whiskey enthusiasts.
