Our Japanese kitchen knives are designed and produced in Japan by local blacksmiths, who craft the knives using traditional techniques that have been refined over generations. Each knife undergoes a meticulous and time-consuming process, with specialists in various fields contributing to the final product.

One company forges the blade, another produces the handle, and a third assembles the blade and handle. This division of labor means that each part of the knife is created by experts who are masters of their craft. Although this process is time-consuming, it is essential to achieving the high quality of Japanese kitchen knives.

Our knife series consists of magnolia, mahogany and black handles, and each and every knife is the result of a long, dedicated process where quality and tradition go hand in hand.
